Wanted drug personality caught in Bacolod City buy-bust

A wanted drug suspect was arrested by anti-drug operatives from Police Station 2 (PS2), following a buy-bust operation at Purok Tanigue, Barangay 1, Bacolod City, late Sunday evening.

Police identified the suspect as 21-year-old Alvin Cristales, a street level drug target and resident of the said barangay.

Reports released by PS2 commander, Police Chief Inspector Benedicto Villarias, said they arrested Cristales after he handed one sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover cop in exchange for P500.

A search of the suspect’s residence further yielded seven elongated sachets of suspected shabu, with an overall market value of P9,000.

Cristales is facing charges for possession and sale of illegal drugs, and is detained at PS2./DGB, WDJ
