The Sabor Bisaya Food Expo and Culinary Competition is scheduled to open tomorrow, July 19, at the SMX Convention Center at SM City Bacolod.

The event begins with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and opening remarks will be delivered by Negros Occidental Governor Alfredo Marañon, Jr.

The event will showcase exhibits from different food vendors, national and local companies, among others; along with seminars on various subjects.

The event is spearheaded by the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Negros Occidental, the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Educators of the Philippines-Region VI, and the National Food Showdown./WDJ
