The Negros Occidental provincial government is offering hospitality students an opportunity to study in Australia, as part of the Study Now, Pay Later Program.
According to Provincial Public Information Officer Karen Dinsay, there are 10 spots available for the scholarship, which covered tuition fees worth P1 million.
In order to qualify, applicants must be between the ages of 22 and 30, have three years work experience, good communication skills, a resident of Negros Occidental, and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or commercial cookery.
While studying, scholars will have the opportunity to work 20 hours a week, earning P70,000 a month. The income they earn will assist in paying tuition fees back to the province./DGB, WDJ
