The Task Force on Moral and Values Formation (TFMVF) is continuing their ongoing campaign to educate Iloilo City barangay officials on enforcing the curfew for minors.

The group has visited 32 barangays.

“The cooperation of barangay officials and tanods is important to make the campaign on curfew for minors a success,” said TFMVF head Jeorge Duron. “We really encourage our barangays to conduct or implement the curfew for minors because they are mandated to enforce the law within their area of jurisdiction.”

Implemented back on March 15, the curfew prohibits minors from being unaccompanied outside their homes between 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m.

So far, a total of 524 minors have been caught./WDJ
