Philippine National Police (PNP) headquarters at Camp Crame recently ordered two Police Regional Office-6 (PRO-6) officials reassigned.
PRO-6 deputy director for administration, Police Chief Superintendent Arnel Escobal, and PRO-6 deputy director for operations, Police Senior Superintendent Christopher Tambungan, were both ordered to new duties.
Escobal will serve as the new Highway Patrol Group chief at Camp Crame, while Tambungan was assigned to the National Capital Region (NCR).
PRO-6 spokesperson, Police Superintendent Gilbert Gorero, clarified the moves were a promotion and not a punishment.
Meanwhile, Police Senior Superintendent Carlito Feliciano will be replacing Escobal and Police Senior Superintendent Hermino Tadeo will take over for Tambungan./WDJ
