Members of the notorious “Akyat Bahay” gang burglarized a house in Barangay Zone 15, Talisay City, Negros Occidental, Tuesday.
Police identified the victim as 39-year-old Razil Zamora, a resident of Regent Palm, Cambridge Subdivision in the said barangay.
Talisay City police said, based on initial findings, the unidentified suspect gained entry to the residence by climbing up the perimeter fence in the rear of the house.
The suspect proceeded through an unlocked sliding door and, once inside, took several appliances worth P17,000 and a car key for the victim’s pickup truck.
The suspect fled on foot towards an unknown direction.
Talisay City police are still trying to determine the identity of the suspect./WDJ
