
Bacolod City College (BCC) marketing management student Rennielle Abayon was recently named in the Top 10 of national photo contest “Larawan Para sa Kalikasan,” a part of the Philippine Environment Month observance and led by the iPLEDGE project, the Hatch Eco-Ideas, Inc., the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Philippines, the EcoMentary Project, and the Chemical Science Society.
The League of Cities of the Philippines and the Climate Reality Project Philippines also served as partners for the contest.
Abayon received a P1,000 prize, along with a solar lantern and tokens from the Climate Reality Project-Philippines and the League of Cities of the Philippines.
The photo will be featured on the YSEALI and the iPLEDGE Project Facebook pages and will be included in the EcoMentary Project program book./WDJ
