Bacolod City Councilor Ricardo Tan introduced a resolution earlier this week requesting the local school board and city engineers provide additional comfort rooms (CRs) in all city public schools.
He said the necessity for more facilities is in response to increased enrollment at all levels.
Tan noted the implementation of senior high school and the subsequent construction of additional school buildings contributed to the increase in enrollment.
He also requested additional funding to go towards janitorial services in order to maintain clean CRs./WDJ
