Four Negrense students will be studying at the Ken Language School in Matsudo City, Japan following studies with the Japanese Language and Culture Training at the OISCA Bago Training Center and the Northern Negros State College of Science and Technology.
Krismaine Tallafer of San Enrique, Rhea Cataloña of Escalante City, Jermean Jereza of Bago City, and Aubrey Olvinada of Cadiz City will be studying Japanese for two years and will also be given the opportunity to work part-time as caregivers at a nursing home while studying.
The group recently visited Negros Occidental Governor Alfredo Marañon, Jr., who advised them to always pray and to study diligently./WDJ
