Sprint 4t Racer came back from a double-digit deficit to beat Rev-X All Terrain, 89-76, while Rev-X Pantera defeated Sprint 4t Enduro, 82-79, in the 35-and-below division of the Fil-Sino Athletic Club Inter-Color Basketball Tournament at the Bacolod Tay Tung High School gym.
Rev-X All Terrain got out to an early start, dominating the first half 40-15.
However, Sprint 4t Racer chipped away at their lead, closing the second quarter down 60-45 and, by the third period, the deficit down to seven points, with Sprint 4t Racer behind 68-61.
Arnol Laureño led the comeback with 24 points, followed by RB Chua with 16 and Pao Pao Lim with 13.
Given their command early in the game, Luigi Coo scored 27 points for Rev-X All Terrain.
In the other game, despite taking a 29-21 first quarter lead, Sprint 4t Enduro later found themselves down by one point, 42-41, going into halftime.
Joshua Vidal and Jasper Geolingo led the winning team after scoring 16 points apiece, followed by Ritchie Militante with 14 and Robbie Jalandoon adding 13.
However, Carlo Chu, despite the loss, managed to drop 19 points for Rev-X Pantera./WDJ
