The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), along with instructors from the First Academy of Skills and Technology (FAST) recently conducted an orientation for 60 TESDA scholars at the Lopue’s East Center.
The trainings include courses in welding, massage, and manicure; and students are also provided a starter kit and an allowance.
Bacolod Lone District Rep. Greg Gasataya addressed those gathered, stressing the importance of education and how earning a national certificate will open opportunities./WDJ
