Ceres-Negros FC will be meeting Global Cebu FC in their inaugural Philippine Football League (PFL) match today at 3:30 p.m. at the Panaad Park and Stadium.
An estimated crowd of 5,000 is projected to fill the stadium, along with Stephan Schröck, Omid Nazari, and Jorrel Aristorenas expected to make appearances on the pitch.
“This is our first game in the league and we ask our fans to join us in Panaad,” said Ceres FC assistant coach Pepe Losada during yesterday’s pre-match press conference. “Their presence will be of great help for the team.”
Meanwhile, Global FC coach Marjo Allado admitted Ceres is a good team but to expect both sides play a good game./WDJ
