Barangay Cabug scored back-to-back wins in the 17-Under division of the ongoing Mayor Bing Summer Inter-Barangay Basketball Tournament Cup at the BAYS Center, defeating both Barangays Banago and 34.
Cabug defeated Banago, 93-84, while winning by default over Barangay 34.
In other 17-Under results, Barangay 14 defeated Granada, 99-61; Barangay 12 beat Singcang, 98-93; Sum-ag topped Barangay 41, 103-100; Barangay 34 defeated Barangay 16, 86-73; and Bata beat Estefania, 101-97.
In the 14-Under division, Sum-ag scored back-to-back wins, while SBC Spartans lost twice.
Sum-ag topped Stallions, 71-66, and beat SBC Spartans, 94-83. The latter also lost to Stallions, 89-65.
Stallions, however, added to their wins, with a 98-53 victory over Barangay 13.
Meanwhile, Jaguars battled in three games, beating Barangay 13, 87-65, and Barangay 10, 84-77; but losing to Barangay Cabug, 83-65.
