The two-category 2017 Mansilingan Charter Day Chess Tournament will unfold on May 27 and 28 at the ManChess Club in Mansilingan, Bacolod City.
The event, organized by the Mansilingan Chess Society, features 12&Under and Open division. Age group winners will take home P2,500 for the champion; P2,000 for 2nd; P1,500 – 3rd; P500 – 4th; and P250 for players from 5th to 10th places.
In the Open division, the champion gets P3,000; P2,000 for 2nd; P1,000 – 3rd; P500 – 4th; P400 – 5th; and P250 for 6th to10th places.
