Members of the notorious ‘Akyat Bahay’ gang carted away around P56,000 in goods from a house at San Dionisio Subdivision, Barangay Granada, Bacolod City, early morning Tuesday.
Police identified the victim as 59-year-old Joseph Eopoldo, a resident of the said subdivision.
Investigators from Police Station 5 (PS5) said the suspects entered Eopoldo’s house by climbing the perimeter gate and forcibly opening the slide windows.
Once inside, the thieves took several appliances, assorted shoes, bags, two mobile phones, ATM cards, and other valuables.
PS5 investigators are still determining the identities of the suspects./WDJ
