Top young woodpushers from across the province are expected to converge at a mall in Talisay City for a 2-day tournament – the 16 and Under Mixed Chess Championships scheduled for May 16-17, 2017.
Tournament champion will take home P4,000 while the 2nd place gets P3,000 and the 3rd place wins P2,000, plus trophies, medals and certificates for each.
Special awards for best female performer, best 14 & Under, best 12 & Under, best 10 & Under, and best 8 & Under players will also be given.
Registration fee is pegged at P200 per participant.
