Employees working for the city government of Bacolod are set to receive their mid-year bonus on May 15.
According to Memorandum No. 83 signed by Mayor Evelio Leonardia, it stated the mid-year bonus aims to reward the city’s workers for their hard work and dedication in their service for the city government.
The bonus also aims to help parents working for the city in preparing their finances for the opening of the school year next month, and is also in compliance with Budget Circular No. 2016-3 signed in April of last year.
The city employees’ bonus is equivalent to a month’s worth of salary./WDJ
