Alleged pusher nabbed in police buy-bust

An alleged drug pusher was arrested in a buy-bust operation at Purok Sigay, Barangay 2, Bacolod City, yesterday afternoon.
Police identified the suspect as 54-year-old Emil Nicolas, a resident of the said barangay.
Police Station 2 (PS2) commander, Police Chief Inspector Benedicto Villarias, said they recovered four elongated and one small sachets of suspected shabu, and drug paraphernalia.
A search of the suspect’s residence also yielded an improvised 12-gauge shotgun.
Aside the charge of illegal possession of firearms, Villarias added the suspect is facing charges for violation of sections 5, 11, and 12 of RA 9165 or the comprehensive dangerous drugs act of 2002.
