Boston Finance and AA Electrical both registered wins in the ongoing 2017 D-League Basketball Tournament campaign at the STI-West Negros University gymnasium. Boston Finance defeated FilSino, 89-80, while AA Electrical beat Bacolod Basketball Club-LDI, 84-70.
FilSino went into halftime ahead, 39-31, however, Badong Perez led Boston Finance to a 66-53 lead at the close of the third quarter.
Perez, Remor Teronas, and Runel Galanida led the winning squad with 10 points each; while, despite the loss, Marc Lo scored 23 points for FilSino, alongside Ramon Ortigosa and Ralph Ong each adding 12.
Meanwhile, Klint Quires led AA Electrical with 16 points./WDJ
