Abang Lingkod Party-list Rep. Stephen Paduano hosted recipients of the party-list’s financial assistance who graduated with honors to a luncheon at Chicken Haus in Barangay Mandalagan, earlier this week.
Of the 64 beneficiaries that graduated this past March, 12 graduated cum laude. Also among the graduates were magna cum laude graduates Ma. Jessa B. Claire, Reah B. Sandigan, and Morita B. Arnejo.
Meanwhile, 353 students selected by the Abang Lingkod Party-list were also recently awarded assistance during a gathering at the Barangay Bata gym. Funding for the educational assistance was released by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
A total of 980 students benefitted from the financial aid in the 2016-2017 academic year./WDJ
