EB Magalona resident gunned down on Holy Thursday

A resident of Barangay Cudang-dang, EB Magalona, was killed after he was gunned down by unidentified suspects on the evening of Holy Thursday, last week.
Police identified the fatality as 47-year-old Alex Alingco, a resident of the said barangay.
EB Magalona Police Chief, Police Senior Inspector Bonifacio Aral, Jr., said Alingco was watching a card game when the two unidentified suspects approached him.
One of the suspects pulled out a .45 caliber pistol and shot the victim several times, killing him on the spot.
Aral said, based on an autopsy report, Alingco suffered a gunshot wound to the head and body, while crime scene investigators recovered an empty .45 caliber cartridge.
EB Magalona police have yet to determine the motives behind the shooting./WDJ
