A suspected drug den was raided by members of the Regional Special Operations Task Group-18 (RSOTG-18), Police Station 2 (PS2), and the Bacolod City Police Office-City Drug Enforcement Unit (BCPO-CDEU) at Purok Sigay, Barangay 2, Bacolod City, late Monday evening.
Police identified the suspects as 19-year-old Johnmar Equibal; Jose Maravilla, 20; Rolex Gonzales, 26; and Ryan Hernandez, 31, all residents of the said city.
PS2 commander, Police Chief Inspector Benedicto Villarias, said they moved into Equibal’s house after he handed one sachet of suspected shabu, worth P300, to a police poseur buyer.
They also arrested the three other suspects who were caught in the act of snorting illegal drugs.
A search revealed seven more elongated sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P2,400, drug paraphernalia, and suspected drug money amounting to P460.
All four suspects are facing illegal drugs charges and are detained at PS2./WDJ
