The Bacolod City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) recently conducted earthquake drills at two business process outsourcing (BPO) firms, or call centers, in the city.
In compliance with a recent Bacolod City Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) resolution that requires the CDRRMO and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) to organize drills at BPO firms, employees of Panasiatic Solutions and Transcom Bacolod took part in the activity last week.
Also taking part in the drills was the Negros Island Region (NIR) Office of the Civil Defense (OCD)./WDJ
