The 1st Panaad Novice Kart Series 2017 is scheduled to take place at the Bacolod Karting Zone at Baywalk on April 23.
The event will be divided into four categories, boys and girls categories for racers between 15 and 19 years old, and men and women divisions for 20 years old and up.
Registration costs P350, which covers four laps and a racing kart.
