The Class of 1994 took the reins of Bracket A from the Class of 1985 in the ongoing NOHS@115 Negros Occidental High School Alumni Association, Inc. (NOHSAAI) “Unity Cup” Bowling Fellowship finals at the Negros Super Lanes in the Goldenfield Commercial Complex.
The Class of 1994 gathered a total of 1,542 pin falls, leapfrogging the Class of 1985 who earned 1,463. They are followed by the Class of 1997 with 1,550.
Rounding out the remainder of Bracket A are the classes of 1990 – 4,333, 1973 – 4,331, 1995 – 4,224, 1982 – 4,205, 1966 – 4,194, 1987 – 4,161, and 1983 – 4,122 pin falls.
Meanwhile, the Class of 1999 held on to the lead of Bracket B with 1,502 pin falls, followed by the classes of 2000Up – 4,305, 1996 – 4,217, 1972 – 4,147, and 1989 – 4,114.
In Bracket C, the Class of 1970 leads with 4,200 pin falls, followed by the classes of 1988 – 4,178, 1980 – 4,126, 1971 – 4,036, and 1967 – 3,859.
Top five finishers in each bracket advance to the stepladder final on April 22. The remaining teams will enter a consolation game./WDJ
